IT Workplace and Infrastructure Manager

• Responsible for Workplace & Infrastructure services (Laptops, O365, Telephony, Networking and Datacenters (server rooms, private and public clouds).
• Lead and participate in various projects to improve these services or implement new applications.
• Manage our IT partner: projects, monitor operational processes, contract and budgets.
• Be an organizational change manager: Setup guidelines for how to work with your workplace (laptop, O365) and ensure the organization will adopt these guidelines.
• Evaluate (lessons learned) of projects and implement process improvement for future releases.
• Contract, license and access management for a selection of applications.

Do you have experience in SharePoint?, Do you have a Master's degree?, * A bachelor's or master's degree in Information Technology, Business Information Management, MBA or similar.

• Extensive senior experience in managing outsourcing partners for workplace and infrastructure services.
• Experience as domain or solution architect in these domains.
• Experience as project or program manager in these domains.
• Experience with organizational change management and adoption programs is preferred.
• Knowledge of Office365, Azure, Networking to be able to challenge our partner.
• Knowledge of MDM solutions as Samsung Knox is preferred.
• Analytical mindset, good communication skills, Pro-active attitude & drive for improvement.
• You are an excellent listener, and you know how to make an authentic connection with people (cultural awareness).
• Knowledge of Project management, ITIL, BISL, Agile methodologies is preferred.
• Experience working in, or fast-paced tech environments is highly preferred.
• Fluent in English and highly preferred in Dutch. Residing in the Netherlands.

Your Impact As IT Workplace & Infrastructure Manager, you'll be instrumental in translating our mission into action. In a fast-growing company like ViCentra, change is the one constant and as in many organizations the Workplace and Infrastructure domain is in the fundament of the company. We have outsourced our operational activities (1st, 2nd, 3rd line) to a partner. In this role you are responsible for workplace and infrastructure domain, including architecture and managing our partner to maintain and improve our WPS and Infrastructure services. A part of the role will consist of contract, license and access management for several applications. We just migrated all our laptops to an Intune managed environment, and we will transition our operational activities to a new managing partner. Next year we want to introduce Teams & SharePoint and migrate our infrastructure to the cloud to enable every employee to work in a secure way, anywhere they want. In the meantime, we need to design and introduce standardized solutions in our cleanroom and R&D labs: e.g. tablets and PC's in kiosk mode, (automated) label printing, infrastructure for data collection, etc. It sounds like a lot of challenges (which is true), but we're not here yet. Next to your WPS and Infra responsibilities you are involved in setting up our IT processes and helping the business to grow into their roles as data owner and key user roles. Given we are a scaleup is expected you switch between strategic (15%), tactical (40%) and operational (35%) activities. You will be having a direct impact on the processes of Kaleido and how effectively we work as an organization.
