Job description
I hold End2End accountability for value creation on the services delivered by the team.
- I translate ASML's security and IT strategy into a Crypto vision, strategy, and roadmap.
- I stay updated within my domain regarding internal and external developments, such as Post-Quantum Computing, CRA, and NIS2 Compliance, and Crypto Agility.
- I ensure the Team Backlog is visible, transparent, and clear to all stakeholders.
- I am accountable for the existing IT services in my domain.
- I act as a servant leader for the Agile team, maximizing value creation by understanding business needs, budgets, and priorities.
- I manage stakeholder relationships at all levels of the organization, effectively communicating both verbally and in writing about my domain.
- I safeguard the integrity, confidentiality, and authenticity of data by providing cryptographic means and consultancy.
- I support the Chief Product Owner in aligning with ASML's business objectives and report to the Head of the Expertise Center Digital Identity.
As the Product Owner for Cryptography & PKI at ASML, I hold a pivotal role within a dynamic and diverse international environment, influencing the success of our business objectives and security measures. My focus is on enabling digital representation and validation of identities across employees, suppliers, customers, partners, and various non-human entities. By managing cryptographic keys, certificates, and secure communication channels, I play a critical role in enhancing ASML's global PKI and Key Management services.
Requirements
Master's degree in IT or a similar field.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience within Identity Access Management (IAM), specifically in the cryptographic and PKI domain.
- Strong knowledge of security principles and practices.
- Hands-on experience in an Agile / SAFe environment.
- Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships at different levels within the organization.
- Preferably prior working experience with Hardware Security Modules (HSMs), Certificate Authorities (CAs), Security Officers, and Auditors.
- Possession of a valid work permit for the Netherlands.
