Job description

As a Performance Engineer, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our systems, applications, and processes run efficiently, reliably, and at scale. You'll bridge engineering and operations-spotting bottlenecks, analyzing system behavior, and implementing solutions that boost performance and resilience.

Your work directly supports business continuity, customer satisfaction, and cost efficiency by aligning infrastructure and workflows with SLOs and KPIs. Collaborating with SREs, support, and business teams, you'll turn performance data into actionable insights and long-term improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor in Computer Sciences, Information Technology, Business Administration or related field;
  • 3-7 years of experience in a related job;
  • Proficient in and experience with Microsoft products;
  • Strong communicator and team collaborator with excellent organization skills;
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
