Job description
You'll own the front-end (self-service and PowerBI dashboards) of our BI landscape and collaborate closely with our Sr. Data Engineer to bring new data sources into our data warehouse. You will own the reporting landscape for Tony's globally, working with stakeholders from Supply Chain to Sales to uncover insights, spark better decisions, and bring visibility to our performance. You'll take charge of improving our dashboards and challenging existing structures to make them more scalable, insightful, and user-friendly. Longer-term, you'll help shape how BI is used across Tony's - simplifying complexity, improving self-service capabilities, and turning our data environment into a trusted source for actionable insights. You'll be responsible for extending current training materials and delivering sessions that empower business stakeholders to confidently use data in their daily decision-making. In doing so, you'll play a key role in improving the 'why' behind our numbers - like helping us understand the root causes behind our sales performance or how supply chain costs evolve.
With plenty of room for ownership, experimentation, and innovation, this role offers the opportunity to shape reporting at a company where decisions (and chocolate) matter.
