Job description

As a Junior UX/UI Designer, you will convert complex business requirements and client briefings into user-friendly, visually appealing digital experiences. Collaborating with product designers, strategists, and developers, you will contribute innovative ideas, create prototypes where motion is key, and assist with projects from initial concept to final delivery.

You'll gain hands-on experience in multi-month design processes, have the chance to learn from senior colleagues, and actively contribute to shaping interfaces that blend creativity and functionality.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Interface Design: Create intuitive and engaging digital interfaces based on business logic and user needs.
  • Prototyping & Motion: Develop prototypes with a strong focus on interaction and motion design.
  • Collaboration: Work in multidisciplinary teams to align design decisions with development and strategy.
  • Concept & Strategy: Contribute ideas in the early stages of projects and support creative and strategic decision-making.
  • Iteration: Apply feedback effectively and refine your designs to meet high-quality standards., * A place in an ambitious design team with a mix of mid-level to lead designers.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Sketch?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * A starting designer with a clear vision on digital experiences.

  • Skilled in visual design, interaction principles, and user-centered design.
  • Comfortable working independently but energized by teamwork.
  • Confident in presenting ideas and asking critical questions to clients.
  • Curious, eager to learn, and open to feedback.
  • Experienced with Figma, Sketch, or similar design tools., * A completed bachelor's degree in design or a related field.
  • Strong communication skills (visual and verbal).
  • A solid portfolio that demonstrates your design capabilities.
  • Experience with Figma and design systems.
