Keep software teams focused, productive, and high-performing. As Senior Scrum Master, you'll guide two international teams across the Netherlands, India, Israel, and the US. Ensure collaboration, meet deadlines, and maintain quality in medical software development. Experience as a software engineer is a plus to understand technical challenges and team dynamics.
What are you going to do
What will you do?
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprints, and retrospectives for two international teams.
- Drive focus, productivity, and on-time delivery of software projects.
- Create structure and overview to shield teams from distractions and external pressures.
- Collaborate with colleagues across countries and cultures to develop complex software and algorithms.
- Leverage your software engineering experience to support technical discussions and guide teams effectively.
Requirements
You are communicative, energetic, and confident in addressing people when needed. You enjoy bringing structure to experienced teams while maintaining social cohesion. Additionally, you have:
- A Bachelor's degree in ICT, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master in software development.
- Hands-on experience as a software engineer (preferred).
- Experience in product development and guiding software teams.
- Strong knowledge of agile methodologies and code refinement processes.
- Excellent English skills.
