Their software is central to the business - enabling fast, reliable financing through automation, smart tooling, and scalable systems. As part of a multidisciplinary engineering team, you'll help build solutions that directly support entrepreneurs and internal teams. From automated credit approvals to intelligent onboarding flows, your work will be essential to the platform's success and growth. What You'll Do - Design and develop new features in Ruby - Take ownership of solutions from concept to deployment - Collaborate across teams and stakeholders in a dynamic environment - Contribute to a robust Ruby on Rails core application - Work with internal tools (Bootstrap, Hotwire) and client-facing APIs (GraphQL) - Interface with React/TypeScript frontends and Python/Flask data APIs - Operate confidently in an AWS-based infrastructure with 85%+ test coverage - Support and coach peers through pair programming and knowledge sharing What We're Looking For - 3+ years of experience with Ruby - Strong sense of ownership and autonomy - Focus on software quality and sustainable solutions - Comfortable switching between teams and contexts
