The Digital Development team builds Eurofiber's digital backbone: an advanced IT landscape that: o enables colleagues to excel in their daily work, o makes it easy for customers and partners to do business with us. Eurofiber's growth simply isn't possible without this system. Your role as Salesforce Technical Architect As Salesforce Technical Architect you are a key player in designing, building, testing and maintaining Eurofiber's digital backbone. You support the Enterprise Architect in crafting the Salesforce architecture and you actively contribute in designing & maintaining the long-term Salesforce ecosystem within Eurofiber which reaches from Lead to Cash. Besides having a big contribution in the architecture, you actively support your colleagues. You know your way around the system because you develop new features, but also perform code reviews, write documentation and guard the quality of the software. You have a helicopter view but are not afraid to get your hands dirty. Your responsibilities o Help shape the architecture and long-term vision of our Salesforce landscape. o Make end-to-end High-Level Designs (HLD) & Low-Level Designs (LLD) for epics/projects incl cost/impact analysis. o Develop tailored Salesforce solutions using OOTB features, Apex and LWC. o Setup and maintain Azure CI/CD pipeline. o Collaborate with stakeholders to meet business needs. o Mentor and lead developers to project success. o Analyze and track license utilization and forecasting. Requirements

Skills we're looking for o 10+ years' experience in the Salesforce ecosystem. o A bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science. o At least 6 relevant certifications including Platform Developer I and II, System and/or Application Architect. o Expert knowledge and additional certifications in multiple clouds; SF Industries/Comms Cloud, FinancialForce/Certinia, MarketingCloud, SF Core (Sales & Service Cloud). o Experience with setting up and maintaining (Azure) Dev Ops CI/CD. o Strong knowledge and experience with Apex, APIs, LWC. o Ability to analyze the pros and cons of out-of-the-box (OOTB) vs bespoke solutions. o Team player who delegates, connects and coaches others.
