As our Lead Frontend Developer, you'll drive the development and design of our workforce management platform, joining one of our feature-focused teams. We value creativity and user-friendly design, and you'll have plenty of room to bring your innovative ideas to life. In this role, you'll not only be hands-on but also shape our frontend strategy. Your architectural skills will be key as you collaborate with skilled Frontend Developers to craft scalable, high-performing solutions.

• Recruit, develop, and lead a cohesive frontend team, fostering collaboration and effectiveness.
• Stay on top of market trends, working cross-functionally to ensure our platform remains competitive and cutting-edge.

• Experience building solid products (agency experience is a plus).
• Ability to inspire technical and non-technical stakeholders alike.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Vue 3, Docker, GitLab, and Ionic.
• A natural sense of ownership and initiative-you're proactive and dependable.
• Experience setting up systems from scratch with a "build it, run it, love it" mindset.
• A passion for solving complex puzzles with a pragmatic approach.
