Lead .NET Engineer

Lead the technical design, architecture, and delivery of high-scale SaaS platforms Mentor other engineers and promote engineering excellence across the team Collaborate closely with Engineering Managers and Product Managers to deliver new features Contribute to modernising existing monoliths and leading new greenfield initiatives Ensure platform reliability, scalability, and observability using metrics and customer data Champion agile practices and continuous delivery pipelines Hands-on with development as well as setting technical directionRequirements

Strong commercial experience in software engineering using C# .NET Experience working with distributed cloud-native systems, ideally GCP and Kubernetes Confident working with SQL and NoSQL databases Passion for clean architecture, engineering best practices and mentoring others Familiarity with infrastructure as code, CI/CD pipelines and GitOpsKey Skills: C#, GCP, Kubernetes, SQL Server, MongoDB, SaaS, CI/CD
