Job description
- Lead and manage IT projects from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
- Utilise project management software such as driveworks.
- New product launch, to existing innovations.
- Oversee user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure that all test cases are executed successfully.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate software development and implement best practices in test-driven development.
- Manage release management processes, ensuring smooth transitions from development to production environments.
- Employ analysis skills to assess project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Foster strong leadership within the team, promoting a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Maintain clear communication with stakeholders regarding project status, updates, and any issues that arise.
- Implement organisational skills to prioritise tasks effectively and manage time efficiently across multiple projects.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Visio?, We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in project management methodologies, including driveworks, and will be adept at leading software development projects through the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). This role requires excellent communication skills, organisational abilities, and a keen eye for detail to ensure successful project delivery., * Proven experience in IT project management with a solid understanding of driveworks.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (including Excel, Word, Visio) for documentation and reporting purposes.
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms such as AWS is advantageous.
- Knowledge of disaster recovery planning and execution is beneficial.
- Strong negotiation skills to manage stakeholder expectations effectively.
