Job description
As a performance-driven member of the Marketing Team, you will be instrumental in maximising the revenue potential of our online channels. You will be working to continuously improve conversion rates, ensuring our digital presence is efficient, brand-consistent, and commercially successful., E-commerce Product Management
- Own the creation of all new product listings, ensuring price, imagery, and specifications are accurate by liaising with relevant departments.
- Keep existing product listings up-to-date and optimised.
- Implement on-page SEO (Search Engine Optimisation), and GEO (Generative Engine Optimisation) best practices, including meta tags and image optimisation.
- Ensure all pages are optimised to serve as high-converting destinations for our paid advertising (PPC) campaigns.
- Assist in maintaining inventory and data consistency within the e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, PrestaShop, Amazon, etc).
- Position products for profit to grow web sales.
Website Production & Front-End Support
- Implement content and layout changes using our CMS to increase conversions, improve UX, UI and profit per website.
- Assist in cross-browser and device testing to ensure a consistent user experience (UX/UI).
- Build new landing pages.
- Review and recommend UX, UI, CJ improvements to implement.
- A/B test content and design for performance
- Work to brand guides
Digital & Sales Support
- Support lead gen for the Sales Team, test CTAs, forms and mailing sign-up to increase conversions.
- Monitor and measure performance.
- Support the creation of digital assets and ensure they align with UX/UI best practices.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Microsoft PowerPoint?, * Relevant experience in Web Development, UX/UI, and/or Digital Marketing.
- Strong and demonstrable knowledge of WCAG and design principles for web.
- Basic proficiency in HTML and CSS.
- Working knowledge of design/prototyping tools such as Figma or Sketch/Adobe XD for wireframing and final design mock-ups.
- Experience of Adobe CS (XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
- Use of journey mapping and designing
- Usability research methods
Training/skills:
- Strong attention to detail
- Passionate about e-commerce, positioning for profit, understanding of how online stores function and driving sales per channel - Shopify desirable.
- Project management skills.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to converse with a diverse audience through different media channels.
- Ability to motivate others to achieve desired results.
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise a high volume of work and a wide range of tasks.
- Strategic thinking, collaborative working and able to communicate ideas and data clearly.
We are ideally looking for someone who can work full-time hours, but will consider part-time for the perfect candidate. Please make sure you state on your CV that you are looking for part-time hours.
