Job description
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Data Specialist or Product Information Manager to join my clients team on a full time basis in their Norwich, Norfolk offices.
This is a newly created role whereby the job holder will be working closely with the Managing Director on new product development projects.

The role includes the following responsibilities:
- Creation and maintenance of accurate pack build spreadsheets for individual components making up full product packs consisting of multiple components.
- Use of pack build spreadsheets to ensure costs, supplier and selling information is correct on TruBlue operating system.
- Use of pack build spreadsheets to create new products and maintain / update existing products on company websites.
- Creation and layout design of new product pages allowing customers to configure products in a simple and easy to follow way.
- Maintaining downloadable resources from websites including CAD drawings, product spec sheets and line drawings.
- Updating selling and cost prices on company websites, pack spreadsheets and operating system as supplier prices changes.
- Creation and maintenance of a structured catalogue of pack build spreadsheets to allow pack contents to be checked and updated transparently as required.
- Working with Managing Director on new product development projects.
- Maintenance and structuring of company photographic assets and technical information.
Requirements
- Proficient in spreadsheet management
- Proficient in data analysis.
- Experience with website product management and layout design.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience in maintaining data accuracy.
