M365 Modern Workplace Consultant -SharePoint Specialist

We're looking for a Senior M365 Modern Workplace Consultant with extensive experience in SharePoint Online to design, implement, and optimise Microsoft 365 solutions that drive digital transformation and enhance collaboration.

• Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale SharePoint Online<\/strong> and M365<\/strong> projects.<\/li>\r\n
• Strong understanding of SharePoint architecture, governance, and migrations<\/strong> (on-prem to cloud).<\/li>\r\n
• Skilled in PowerShell<\/strong> automation and Power Platform<\/strong> integration.<\/li>\r\n
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.<\/li>\r\n
• Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., SharePoint Administrator, M365 Enterprise Expert) are highly desirable.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n <\/p>\r\n Nice to Have:<\/strong><\/p>\r\n \r\n o Experience with Microsoft Viva<\/strong>, Copilot<\/strong>, or Purview<\/strong>.<\/li>\r\n o Knowledge of third-party SharePoint tools<\/strong> (e.g., ShareGate, AvePoint).<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n <\/p>\r\n

• Lead the architecture, deployment, and modernisation<\/strong> of SharePoint Online solutions, including governance, permissions, and integration with M365 tools.<\/li>\r\n
• Design and implement M365 solutions<\/strong> that enhance digital collaboration and productivity.<\/li>\r\n
• Drive adoption and change management<\/strong>, ensuring users gain maximum value from SharePoint and M365.<\/li>\r\n
• Implement security and compliance<\/strong> best practices across M365 (Azure AD, Conditional Access, DLP, Purview).<\/li>\r\n
• Automate business processes using Power Automate<\/strong> and Power Apps<\/strong> integrated with SharePoint.<\/li>\r\n
