Job DescriptionIT Support Engineer - Uxbridge - On-site/hybrid after 6 months- £35k with a guaranteed bonus.FryerMiles are delighted to be working with a leading Automation company to assist with their recruitment of an IT Support Engineer.Specific responsibilities include:Supporting problems with various Microsoft componentsInstall IT Workstations across PC systems, laptops and operating systemsActing as the initial point of contact for troubleshooting and resolving IT concernsContributing to IT projects, including system upgrades and implementationsOverseeing IT infrastructure and security for offices across the UK & IrelandEnd-to-end administration of Azure AD, Intune, Windows 11, and Office 365, with escalation to 3rd line support when required.Experience/Qualification:1-2 years proven experience in a 2 nd Line support role or equivalentDegree / Bachelors in IT or Computer ScienceCompTIA A+ or similarNetworking experienceExperienced in analysing complex data and presenting
