Job description

This role sits within the finance department, working on the Group's S/4 Programme. The role is intended to focus on the S/4 P2P workstream but will also assist with O2C and other streams as needed. The role supports all Business Units of the business. The role will actively participate in the design, testing, training and rollout of the future S/4 platform; particularly in the areas of P2P and specifically Procurement and Materials Management. The role will participate in the Agile teams and facilitate the design and implementation of efficient, effective, and controlled processes, interfaces and reports. The role requires experience defining business processes, identifying business requirements and translating into solutions, justifying proposed developments, supporting data migration and acting as the link between the users, stakeholders, consultants and developers. Key Responsibilities:

  • Define business processes in collaboration with business users; and create process documentation (Signavio flow-charts and other documents)

  • Facilitate and support the making of Design Decisions

  • Input to Controls and Authorisations teams

  • Work with relevant Business Owners, Product Owners and BU representatives on collection, understanding & documentation of business requirements and to translate them into functional system specifications and communicate with project configuration and development teams.

  • Review the solution design proposals to ensure that requirements have been understood and the solution will meet business needs.

  • Consider the data requirements of new processes and perform data migration activities (cleansing, harmonisation, enrichment as well as Transform (mapping), Load and Reconcile) for SAP transition projects

  • Prepare and / or Review system testing plans, scripts and test results to ensure that testing is comprehensive and covers the necessary business processes and requirements.

  • Conduct testing and Coordinate user acceptance testing by users globally and summarise progress, results and issues.

  • Co-ordinate, Deliver & Facilitate project workshops across multiple time zones

  • Prepare and/or review training documentation and user guides to ensure they meet users' needs.

  • Deliver end-user process and system training, in person or remotely via webinar

  • Participate in Change Management activities to ensure the successful go live and business adoption of the new processes & systems.

  • Provide support to key and end-users during Post Go Live and Business As Usual support

  • Proactively identify issues & work with colleagues to define, document, explain, test and train solutions

  • Ad hoc work as required by the Programme, P2P Business Owner or P2P Product Owner.

  • The role will be based at the Groups headquarters in London, but may require up to 50% international working to support Group businesses worldwide - this may require flexible hours and the ability to work remotely and via MS Teams to support global projects. Essential Skills and Experience:

  • SAP S/4 HANA - Purchasing and Materials Management (MM) modules

  • SAP S/4 HANA - Accounts Payable (FICO) modules

  • SAP S/4 HANA - Business Partners

  • Procurement Process Design and system configuration of MM

  • System Testing and End User Training (documentation & delivery)

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years SAP project experience covering 1 full life cycle multi-location project; practical experience with S/4 HANA

  • Ability to summarise & communicate key issues / themes to a variety of stakeholders

  • Highly organised and proactive; self-starter

  • Strong communication & presentation skills, both written and verbal

  • Strong interpersonal skills

  • Accuracy and attention to detail are key

  • Ability to work effectively under time pressure

  • Intermediate+ Excel, PowerPoint and Visio skills Desirable Skills and Experience:

  • SAP Signavio Business Process Modelling

  • Experience working in the Agile methodology

  • Experience with JIRA software

  • Experience with Intrastat reporting requirements

  • German language

  • SAP Project System (PS) and FICO (Financial Accounting and Controlling) modules.

  • SAP SD (Sales & Distribution) modules
