We are seeking a dynamic Junior IT Engineer to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a passion for technology, and a strong desire to deliver exceptional customer service & IT Solutions for an internal team. This is a Graduate/Entry level position with a huge growth trajectory.
Responsibilities & Skill-set:
Be the IT support 1st & 2nd line within the business. Provide technical support and assistance to internal employees. Educate customers on product features, functionalities, and best practices. Standard desktop support Maintain Operating systems (m365) Help maintain WI-Fi/Network Scripting languageRequirements
Requirements
2:1 + or a Masters degree from a Top University. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. A passion to learn and develop with a fantastic business. Location: Lincoln, UK
