Junior Networking Hardware Engineer

Switches, Comptia Network+, Servers, Routers, Ethernet, Training, Documentation, Soft Skills, Communication Skills, Test Automation Tools, Scripting Languages, Ccna, We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Network Hardware/Server Hardware Testing Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for testing, troubleshooting, and ensuring the quality of network and server hardware products, as well as performing data wiping tasks on network devices. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about technology, has a basic understanding of network/server hardware, and is eager to learn and adapt in a hands-on environment.

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

Basic understanding of network and server hardware components (routers, switches, servers, etc.). Familiarity with networking protocols (TCP/IP, Ethernet) and hardware interfaces Knowledge of secure data wiping processes and tools.

SOFT SKILLS:

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to independently research and find solutions using online resources when documentation is unavailable. Preferred Qualifications (Not essential as training provided) Familiarity with hardware test automation tools or scripting languages Experience with hardware testing environments Relevant certifications, such as CompTIA Network+, CCNA, or related. Driving License - Not required, but advantageous.
