10+ years of professional experience in web development. Strong PHP/Laravel background with exposure to front-end frameworks. Practical experience with Vue.js - or strong transferable skills from Svelte/Alpine.js. Enjoys mentoring and helping mid-level devs grow technically. Highly autonomous and delivery-focused, comfortable owning complex features end-to-end. Pragmatic and detail-oriented, with a focus on maintainable, scalable solutions. They are looking for a talented Senior Full Stack Developer to work with the Head of Development & senior leadership to help strengthen the development and delivery team. This role is primarily focused on the back-end (Laravel/PHP) side, but with solid front-end experience, ideally in Vue.js. Within the space of 4 years the business has developed a leading healthcare home testing service, capitalised on changing market demands and launched a new healthcare product experiencing significant and rapid growth in subscriber numbers. You will help with the development and mentorship of mid-level developers while also being able to collaborate effectively with the front end development team.
