Job description
- Identify L&D solutions to Engineering Capability gaps as part of solution identification workshops.
- Draft business cases (including a detailed plan) to receive allocated budget from leadership for L&D solution
- Coordinate the development of L&D solutions
- Manage the deployment of L&D solutions into Engineering teams
- Ensure integration with L&D solutions by ensuring the appropriate interface with stakeholders - International Partners
Requirements
- Professional experience in aeronautical or engineering company with knowledge of Engineering resource management
- Candidate has a minimum of HND / Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics or equivalent
- Previous experience of a Learning and Development environment competent in delivering education and training
- supervisory experience of at least 2 subordinates or equivalent virtual team management / leadership
Desirable:
- Familiar with the use and application of data visualisation applications such as PowerBI or Tableau
