What You'll Do:

  • As the Senior Network Infrastructure Engineer, you'll serve as the go-to escalation point for complex network & infrastructure issues.

  • Maintain LAN/WAN, VPN, Wi-Fi, firewall, and Azure environments, including Azure Virtual Desktop.

  • Configure and troubleshoot network devices across platforms like Cisco, Fortinet, HP, and Aruba.

  • Collaborate with clients and vendors to deliver secure, scalable network solutions.

  • Assist with network migrations and modernisation projects.

  • Keep detailed documentation and provide guidance to first- and second-line engineers.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years' experience in IT support or network engineering within an MSP.

  • Hands-on experience with hybrid networks (on-prem, virtualised, Azure).

  • Strong technical knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing, firewalls, and VPNs.

  • Hands-on experience with network infrastructure (Cisco, Fortinet, HP, Ubiquiti, or Aruba).

  • Familiarity with legacy infrastructure (AD, RDS, VMware/Hyper-V environments).

  • Knowledge of monitoring and management tools (PRTG, SolarWinds, Zabbix, Azure Monitor, Intune).

  • Strong understanding of network and cloud security principles.

  • Experience with Azure Virtual Desktop (session hosts, FSLogix, networking).

  • Certifications are a plus: CCNA/CCNP, CompTIA Network+/Security+, Azure Network Engineer Associate, ITIL Foundation.

  • Excellent communication, troubleshooting, and customer service skills.

Benefits & conditions

  • Salary: Up to £50,000.

  • Join a fast-growing company with ongoing opportunities for career growth.

  • Work alongside talented engineers and make a real impact for clients.

If you're passionate about networks, love problem-solving, and want to grow in a supportive MSP environment, we want to hear from you
