Job description
- Building and delivering data training that aligns to our Data Community\u2019s development pathways and our key data initiatives, like Data to Cloud.
- You\u2019ll design and develop data training using various modalities, such as e-learning, instructor-led, blended, etc.
- Delivering data training to various audiences, with varying levels of prior knowledge.
- You\u2019ll assess the skills level and needs of the learners and tailor the training content and delivery accordingly.
- Monitoring and evaluating the data training programs and measuring the learning outcomes and business impact consistently and constantly.
- Working with the Data & AI Academy team and other stakeholders to improve the data training programs and curriculum.
- Staying updated on the latest trends and best practices in data training and learning.
- Using your creativity and passion to create interactive and engaging training!, * A team of trainers to support you in best practices, ways of working and share experience with.

Recruitment Process This role will follow a two-stage selection process : Stage One - Video Submission Candidates will be asked to submit a short video demonstrating their training delivery skills. This should showcase your ability to engage an audience and communicate information clearly and effectively. Stage Two - Interview Shortlisted candidates will be invited to a formal virtual interview to explore their experience, approach, and suitability for the role in more depth. Requirements
- Experience in training, or coaching others with a focus on solving business problems.
- Solid understanding of programming languages, for example, SQL, BigQuery, LookML.
- Strong knowledge and skills in data analysis, data visualisation, data literacy, etc.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex data concepts in simple and engaging ways.
- We\u2019re looking for a passionate and engaging individual with a strong interest in artificial intelligence and its potential to transform learning experiences.
- You\u2019ll be confident delivering training and able to adapt your style to suit different audiences.
