Data Migration Lead - Insurance Experience - Outside IR35 Our client, a global Insurance broker, are currently looking to hire a Data Migration Lead with experience in the Reinsurance sector. to join the client on a contract basis. This role would be hybrid working with the site based in London. The client are seeking a Data Migration Lead to drive the data migration workstream implement the migration strategy. Proven experience leading data migration projects within insurance, reinsurance, or financial services environments. Strong knowledge of data structures, ETL tools, and migration methodologies. Demonstrated ability to produce migration artefacts such as data mapping documents, migration plans, and validation reports. Delivery focused, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision in an agile environment. Based in the UK but able to work flexible hours to support US and UK activity.
