Job description
The Role: IT Helpdesk Specialist
As a crucial member of the support team, you will provide prompt and professional telephone/remote support to resolve client issues efficiently. You will act as the first point of contact, escalating complex problems while maintaining exceptional service standards.
Requirements
- Previous Helpdesk/IT Support experience (telephone/remote support) is essential.
- Expertise in Microsoft 365 Administration and Troubleshooting (including Exchange Online, Teams, and user management).
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Desktop Operating Systems (Windows 10 and Windows 11).
- Knowledge of Server Operating Systems (e.g., Windows Server).
- Fully conversant with PC hardware set-up, configuration, and troubleshooting (preferable).
- A 'hands on' approach with a strong willingness to learn is crucial.
- Previous MSP experience is preferred but not essential.
