Job description
We're looking for a Lead Operational Technology (OT) Architect to define and lead the OT vision, enhance enterprise architecture, and advise on future-proof solutions across the OT domain. This is a subject matter leadership role, working closely with OT business and technology SMEs, as well as IT and Cyber architects, to deliver resilient, scalable, and compliant OT solutions.
What you'll do
- Define the long-term OT strategy aligned with investment plans and develop supporting roadmaps
- Lead the definition and enhancement of enterprise OT architecture, including standards, capability mapping, and reference architectures
- Embed compliance-by-design into OT solutions and ensure resilience against cyber and physical threats
- Promote convergence between OT and IT systems, focusing on capability alignment and interoperability
- Evaluate and lead strategic decision-making for OT platforms and solutions
Requirements
- Extensive experience in OT, power systems, or critical infrastructure
- Proven track record in IT / OT convergence and cross-functional collaboration
- Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills
- Strategic mindset with deep technical expertise in OT systems
- Excellent communication skills, able to engage both technical and business audiences
