Job description
You will provide technical support to staff and students maintain hardware and software and troubleshoot network issues. The role also includes assisting with digital systems maintaining inventory and helping deliver ICT upgrades and new technologies.
Requirements
We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated IT Technician to join the ICT Support Team at an ambitious and modern secondary school in Oxford . This is a full-time permanent position starting January 2026., Proven experience in IT support preferably in a school environment
Good working knowledge of Windows Microsoft 365 and network management
Strong communication and customer service skills
Relevant IT qualification (e.g. CompTIA Cisco or equivalent) desirable, IT Experience,Network Administration,Active Directory,LAN,Computer Networking,Computer Skills,Windows,Remote Access Software,Help Desk,IT Support,Operating Systems,Troubleshooting
