Senior React Native Developer

They are building a next-generation platform that helps businesses and institutions get more value from their video footage-faster, smarter, and with less effort. Using cutting-edge AI, real-time alerts, and intuitive interfaces, we empower security teams to respond quickly, investigate efficiently, and make better-informed decisions. We're looking for a React Native Developer to join our engineering team. You'll play a key role in designing, building, and scaling the systems that power our video intelligence platform-working closely with AI, product, and infrastructure teams to deliver features that matter. In this role, you will: Build and maintain high quality mobile applications using React Native for iOS and Android Work closely with product, design and backend teams to deliver seamless, performant and visually polished user experiences. Integrate and extend React Native functionality using native modules in Swift or Kotlin when needed. Take ownership of app store releases, ensuring smooth submission, updates and maintennance processes. Manage observability and performance in production through tools like crash reporting, logging and analytics. Deep, hands on experience building and ahipping React Native applications to production. Strong experience with either iOS or Android development (ideally iOS) A solid understanding of native development concepts and experience bridging with Swift or Kotlin. Experience managing production grade mobile applications including release processes, monitoring and issue resolution. A track record of taking ownership and delivering polished, reliable mobile experiences end to end. A Computer Science degree from a top University Previous experience in a start up or fast moving environment, comfortable building systems and processes from scratch. Please Note- the role requires you to be onsite 5 days per week in London.
