We are partnering with a growing Managed Service Provider (MSP) in Horsham looking for a technically skilled Project Engineer with 2nd line IT experience. This role is a fantastic opportunity to work on client-facing IT projects, combining hands-on technical work with project delivery in a supportive MSP environment.Role OverviewAs a Project Engineer, you will assist in delivering IT projects to a variety of clients, supporting infrastructure deployment, migrations, and system upgrades. This is a hands-on role for someone with strong 2nd line technical skills who is looking to develop experience in project delivery within an MSP environment.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport and deliver IT projects across client sites, including hardware deployments, network upgrades, and software rollouts.Provide 2nd line support to client environments, resolving escalated incidents efficiently.Assist with the administration of Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Active Directory, and networking devices.Configure and deploy desktops, laptops, printers, and other client hardware.Work on cloud and on-premise infrastructure projects, including migrations and upgrades.Maintain accurate project documentation and provide updates to internal teams and clients.Collaborate with senior engineers and project managers to ensure smooth project delivery.Skills & Experience RequiredProven experience at a 2nd line IT support level, ideally within an MSP or IT services environment.Knowledge of Microsoft technologies (Office 365, Windows Server, Active Directory) and networking fundamentals.Hands-on experience with desktop, server, and network hardware.Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.Good communication skills, with the ability to liaise with clients and internal teams.Organised, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.If you're a technically capable IT professional looking to progress into client-facing project work while leveraging your 2nd line support experience, this is an excellent opportunity.Apply today with your CV to be considered.JBRP1_UKTJ
