Full Stack Engineer

We are looking for a passionate Full Stack Engineer (Node.js & React) who can help us build a cutting-edge LLM-based communication platform. You'll work with a dynamic team to design, develop, and optimize scalable applications, ensuring high performance, security, and innovation across the stack., We're looking for a talented Full Stack Engineer with a strong background in Node.js and React to join our growing team. You'll be part of an exciting journey building a cutting-edge LLM (Large Language Model)-based communication platform that leverages real-time data and AI-driven insights.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop & Maintain : Design, build, and enhance our LLM based platform using Node.js and React.
• Collaborate : Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality, scalable features.
• Performance Optimization : Ensure applications are fast, reliable, and scalable to handle high traffic and real-time data demands.
• Authentication & Security : Implement robust authentication and authorization mechanisms using tools like Identity Server, OAuth2, and OpenID Connect to ensure secure access and data protection.
• Code Quality : Write clean, maintainable, and testable code. Participate in thorough code reviews to uphold engineering excellence.
• Mentorship : Support and guide junior developers, fostering a collaborative and positive team culture.
• Innovation : Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices-especially in AI / LLM development-and apply them to enhance the product.

Reliability : Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex issues across the stack to ensure high system availability and performance., * Work in a multinational company operating in the Cloud & ICT domain, based out of the UK and operating in Australia, India, Nepal, Pakistan, and Bangladesh

• Experience : 5+ years of professional software development experience with a focus on Node.js and full-stack development.
• Backend Skills : Proficiency in Express.js, RESTful APIs, and microservices architecture.
• Databases : Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• AWS Proficiency : Hands-on experience with AWS services such as Dynamo, S3, RDS, Lambda, and API Gateway.
• Testing & Deployment : Strong understanding of Test-Driven Development (TDD), Continuous Integration (CI), and Agile methodologies.
• Problem Solving : Excellent analytical and debugging skills for resolving complex system issues.
• Soft Skills : Effective communicator and team player with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams. LLM / AI Knowledge (Preferred) : Prior experience or interest in working with Large Language Models or AI-driven applications is a plus.
