Job description
- Lead the shift from DevOps to a platform-centric mindset, redefining how we build and operate systems
- Inspire and guide a talented team - setting direction, coaching for growth, and fostering a culture of trust, ownership, and high performance
- Build developer velocity by creating a scalable, self-service platform that simplifies delivery, eliminates toil, and accelerates innovation
- Collaborate cross-functionally with development, security, and infrastructure teams to ensure seamless platform adoption
- Champion best practices in automation, CI / CD, infrastructure as code, and cloud-native development
- Continuously optimize - identifying bottlenecks, improving processes, and driving operational excellence
Requirements
- 5+ years in DevOps / Software Engineering with deep technical expertise
- 3+ years leading teams, with a proven track record of developing people and fostering team engagement
- Strong hands-on knowledge of cloud platforms, containerization, CI / CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
- Strategic thinking with the ability to connect platform goals to business outcomes
- Passion for building intuitive, efficient, and empowering developer experiences
