Job description
Act as the 'Go-to' person for an IT Support related needs within the business. Proficient within a Microsoft environment - AD, Exchange etc. Maintain and enhance security processes, supporting ISO 27001 compliance. Work on Azure and cloud-based projects. Manage hardware and software assets. Support IT projects and contribute to system improvements.

We're looking for a motivated IT Support Engineer to join a thriving company in a time of growth. You'll support the day-to-day IT operations and projects across the business.
Additional Info:
Familiarity across Azure and Cybersecurity is highly desirable. The role is hybrid working - 1 day per week work from home. Due to the location - a driving license / car is essential, Proven IT support experience in a similar role - including Hardware, Software & customer facing support. Familiarity with Microsoft Azure and cybersecurity best practice. Strong organisational and communication skills. Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
