IT Security Specialist Service Owner Security Operation Center (SOC)

• Ganzheitliche Verantwortung für Betrieb, Weiterentwicklung, Qualität, Kosten und Controlling des internen SOC-Services für die gesamte GOLDBECK-Gruppe
• Fachliche Führung und Organisation des SOC-Service-Teams
• Operativer Betrieb und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung von Sicherheitsüberwachungs- und Detektionsmaßnahmen in hybrider IT-Umgebung (Primär: Microsoft Defender Full Suite mit Azure Sentinel)
• Steuerung und Optimierung der Serviceleistungen und des Incident-Response-Prozesses
• Analyse aktueller Sicherheitsereignissen sowie Ableitung geeigneter Maßnahmen

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, technischen Informatik oder eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration bzw. eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Security Operations (SOC) und den Primärprodukten Microsoft Defender & Azure Sentinel
• Erfahrung in der fachlichen Führung von Mitarbeitenden
• Strukturierte Arbeitsweise, hohe Problemlösungskompetenz, ausgeprägtes Sicherheitsbewusstsein
• Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (Niveau C2) sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
