Job description

You will act as the bridge between complex AI capabilities and the people who use them. You won't just be designing interfaces, you will be responsible for the end-to-end design lifecycle. From research and prototyping to high-fidelity UI and visual storytelling. Humanize the AI: Translate technical implementation into intuitive user behaviors.

You will conduct research, interviews, and usability testing to ensure our tools solve real problems. Scale the System: You will create, maintain, and own a robust Design System for our product portfolio.

Collaborating with engineering to ensure it acts as an accelerator for development.

Shape the Narrative:Your impact goes beyond the product.

You will play a critical role in visual storytelling, designing high-quality demos, pitch decks, and marketing assets.

Translate technical features into clear business value.

Build & Validate:Create low-fidelity wireframes and high-fidelity interactive prototypes to test flows before a single line of code is written.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a UX/Product Designer, preferably in a digital product agency or fast-paced environment
  • Experience building and scaling Design Systems, possess a solid understanding of Frontend frameworks like MaterialUI
  • You place the user at the center of the process, using empathy/research to advocate for their needs against technical constraints
  • Fluency in Figma, Miro, and modern design methodologies
  • Native level English language skills.
