Technical Support Specialist

The role will require you to be fully flexible Monday - Sunday 6am - Midnight.You will be required to efficiently handle between 20-25 complex cases daily, providing enterprise customers withDevice, and performance supportCommunicate troubleshooting steps effectivelySupporting with data and user deletion requestsCollaborate with engineers to provide tech resolutionsEnd-to-end ownership of customer support requestsProactively gaining updates and communicating to the customerRequirementsPreferably a minimum of 2 years of experience in successfully supporting enterprise level customers via multiple channelsStrong technical knowledge and practical understanding of web technologiesAdvanced troubleshooting skillsAbility to communicate technical knowledge to non tech audience clearlyFluency with operating systems (Windows, Mac, iOS, Android), Microsoft Suite and ticket management softwareStructured multitasking and prioritisation skillsStrong critical thinking and analytical skills to isolate
