Job description

If you're a talented UX/UI Designer passionate about creating beautiful, user-focused websites and digital experiences, and enjoy taking projects from concept through to development-ready visuals, we'd love to hear from you., We're looking for a talented digital designer to join our team and play a key role in delivering exceptional website projects for a diverse range of clients.You'll work across a range of clients, applying your design expertise to craft responsive, on-brand, and engaging digital solutions.

You will be passionate about digital design and user experience, comfortable leading the creative process from sitemaps and wireframes through to visuals and occasionally prototypes. Your work will transform ideas into exceptional website experiences, ensuring both usability and visual impact.

Requirements

  • 3+ years' experience with a strong portfolio of real-world website projects
  • In-depth knowledge of Figma
  • Thorough understanding and appreciation of brand
  • Modern design aesthetic with a keen eye for typography
  • Attention to detail a must
  • Experience designing responsive interfaces for web and mobile
  • Strong understanding of UX principles, digital branding, information hierarchy,
  • and responsive design
  • Proven ability in structuring complex information into clear sitemaps, navigation, designs and user journeys
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate with other designers and developers
  • Good working knowledge of and commitment to accessible design and adherence to digital standards
  • Awareness of platform development capabilities for design implementation
  • Up-to-date with digital trends and technology
  • Strong organisational skills to manage multiple projects of varying size and deliver consistently to a high standard
  • Enjoys problem-solving and translating design ideas across different outputs.

Skills

Expert level

Figma - key skills: designing accessible, responsive interfaces for desktop, tablet and mobile; building reusable components and style guides using variants and auto-layout, preparing developer-ready files, creating interactive prototypes of microanimations

Adobe Creative Suite - notably Photoshop and Illustrator.

Preferred

Adobe CS After Effects - used with Illustrator for animating clean vector illustration.

Knowledge of

Storybook, Tailwind.
