Job description
In our "HR IT Solutions" area, the "HCM Core Solutions" team plays an important role by providing tools and solutions as well as core employee data to fulfill various needs for our HR department. To strengthen this team, we are immediately seeking a committed and experienced leader as a Product Owner (m/f/d) for our HCM Core Solutions.
Your Key Responsibilities:

Provide functional leadership and direction to the HCM Core Solutions team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.

Mentor and support team members in their professional development and career growth.

Lead the development and management of the HCM Core Solutions roadmap, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and HR strategy.

Supervise the delivery of international IT projects for HCM Core Solutions, such as SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, by guiding the team to ensure successful execution.

Prioritize and manage the product backlog, keeping an adequate balance between projects, operations, and capacities.

Drive the adoption and integration of new HCM Core solution features across the organization and support technical integration with Vitesco (Merger Schaeffler/Vitesco).

Oversee the end-to-end delivery of HCM Core solutions, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget while safeguarding a stable system operation.

Act as a point of contact for stakeholders, facilitating discussions and decisions regarding product features, timelines, priorities and expectations as well as product vision.

Collaborate with the other HR IT Teams to ensure integrative solutions especially were demands affect multiple teams/solutions.

Works closely with the leadership team consisting of the People & Competence manager (PCM), the Scrum Master (SCM) and the Product Group Owner HR IT Solutions.
Requirements

Completed studies in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification.

Several years of team leader experience and strong leadership skills incl. motivation, coaching, managing complex situations, team transformation.

Experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role, specifically within HR IT.

Several years of experience in SAP HCM (PA/OM) and SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
-
Several years of experience in implementation of digitization projects.

Experience with Agile development methodologies and tools, such as Scrum, Kanban, JIRA.

Good understanding of enterprise integration, and the specific challenges related to interacting with complex ERP environments is very beneficial.

Fluent in English, German skills are beneficial.
