Application Lead Architect, Platinion

As a Technical Solution Architect, you will lead the design and delivery of large-scale, mission-critical business applications for our clients. You will act as a trusted advisor, defining robust architectures that balance functional requirements, technical constraints, and long-term sustainability. Working at the intersection of technology strategy and implementation, you will guide teams toward high-impact solutions that drive measurable business value. What you will do :

• Design and oversee the architecture of complex enterprise and business-critical applications, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability.
• Lead end-to-end solution design - from requirements analysis and technology selection to implementation and deployment - in close collaboration with client stakeholders.
• Define architectural roadmaps and contribute to enterprise-level transformation initiatives, ensuring consistency across systems and integration layers.
• Supervise and mentor development and architecture teams, fostering technical excellence and promoting best practices in design, code quality, and DevSecOps.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and tools to identify opportunities for innovation and modernization of client environments.
• Collaborate with business and IT leaders to align architecture decisions with strategic goals, budget, and operational constraints.
• Represent architecture governance in project steering committees and ensure compliance with enterprise standards and security requirements.

• 7+ years of experience in software architecture and solution design and integration, including significant involvement in large-scale or business-critical applications (ERP, CRM, core business systems, data platforms, etc.).
• Proven ability to design and deliver complex, distributed systems involving multiple technologies, integrations, and stakeholders.
• Deep technical expertise in modern architecture paradigms - cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP), microservices, APIs, containers, CI/CD, and security-by-design principles.
• Strong understanding of enterprise integration patterns, system interoperability, and performance optimization for high-volume applications.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills. Able to articulate architectural choices to technical and non-technical audiences, and to influence at all levels of the organization.
• Experience in consulting or client-facing roles, comfortable managing ambiguity, priorities, and technical challenges in dynamic environments.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., TOGAF, AWS/Azure Solutions Architect, or similar) are a strong plus.
• Passion for technology and continuous improvement, with a pragmatic mindset focused on delivering business value through architectural excellence.

What You'll Do
