SAP SuccessFactors LeadWe are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Lead to lead the design, delivery, and optimisation of the SuccessFactors processes within our SAP landscape. The role will oversee functional specialists and ensure alignment with SAP best practices and business objectives across the HR/SF transformation programme.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:Lead the SAP SuccessFactors function, providing direction, mentoring, and performance oversight.Oversee solution design, configuration, and support across SAP SuccessFactors modules including Employee Central, Recruitment, Onboarding, and Learning.Drive the implementation and integration of SAP SuccessFactors sub-modules and Time Management.Ensure HR and Payroll solutions align with business requirements, compliance standards, and SAP best practices.Collaborate closely with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to deliver process improvements and system enhancements.Manage vendor relationships and coordinate with external consultants as required.Support testing, data validation, change management, and user training activities.Skills & Experience:Proven experience managing SAP SuccessFactors solutions within large or complex organisations.Strong knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors (EC, Recruitment, Onboarding, Learning) and S/4HANA Payroll and Time Management.Demonstrable leadership and delivery management experience.Experience working with SAP best practices, ideally within the Utilities or similar industry.Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and problem-solving skills.
