Job description

  • Ganzheitliche Betreuung von Windows 11 und macOS Clients sowie Hardware, Software, VoIP Telefonie und Client Installation inklusive Konfiguration und Deployment

  • Pflege und Optimierung von IT Dokumentationen, Knowledge Base und Service Standards zur Sicherstellung einer hohen Servicequalität im IT Service Management

  • Aktive Rolle in IT Projekten mit Mitgestaltung, Verbesserung von Prozessen und Förderung von Innovation in der IT Umgebung

Requirements

  • Abgeschlossene IT Ausbildung EFZ Systemtechnik oder vergleichbare Informatik Qualifikation mit ausgeprägter technischer Kompetenz

  • Erste Erfahrung im IT Support sowie hohe Motivation zur Weiterentwicklung und Erweiterung von IT Kenntnissen

  • Sicherer Umgang mit Windows 11 und macOS Clients sowie guten Netzwerk Kenntnissen und professionellem Troubleshooting
