Tasks

  • Lead and enhance our Privileged Access Management (PAM) environment.

  • Ensure technical compliance and operational excellence of the PAM platform.

  • Integrate new systems into the PAM environment effectively., The Identity and Access Management (IAM) department of Zürcher Kantonalbank ensures the secure handling of identities and permissions, among other things through the implementation of the need-to-know principle and the recertification of roles. A central aspect is Privileged Access Management (PAM) to secure privileged accesses. Do you want to help shape the future of company-wide Identity & Access Management? With a high degree of personal responsibility and creative freedom, you take on the professional responsibility of Privileged Access Management (PAM), develop concepts, and drive their implementation with various stakeholders. Your tasks

  • Take on professional responsibility for our PAM environment and actively participate in its further development to secure privileged accesses (both on-premise and in the cloud)

  • Ensure technically and regulatorily flawless operation of the PAM platform, including monitoring, optimization, and maintenance of relevant interfaces

  • Integrate new systems and applications into the PAM environment, including configuration of the environment, role modeling, and enforcement of access paths

  • Perform monitoring, troubleshooting, and incident handling in the context of Privileged Access Management (PAM)

  • Develop and continuously optimize concepts for managing privileged user and access rights

  • Independently accompany internal and external audits within the framework of Identity & Access Management (IAM)

Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science or a similar qualification required.
  • Extensive experience in Cyber Security, preferably in a regulated environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and excellent communication abilities., * Completed studies in computer science (FH, university, ETH) or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of practical experience in the field of cyber security (engineering or architecture), preferably in a regulated environment
  • Solid knowledge in the area of Privileged Access Management (PAM) as well as profound understanding of IAM and PAM concepts
  • Practical experience in developing and implementing security concepts and PAM technologies
  • Structured working style, analytical thinking skills, and strong communication abilities
  • Very good language skills in German and English (at least C1)
