Business Intelligence Developer

• Verantwortlich für die Konzeption & Entwicklung von professionell gestalteten interaktiven Reports oder Dashboards mit Microsoft Power BI
• Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung bestehender BI-Lösungen auf Basis von Power BI und Qlik
• Analyse, Transformation und Integration von Daten aus verschiedenen Quellen
• Zusammenarbeit mit interdisziplinären Teams zur Analyse von Geschäftsanforderungen und Entwicklung maßgeschneiderter Reporting-Lösungen
• Sicherstellung von Datenqualität, -konsistenz und Berichtsperformance
• Ansprechpartner des Fachbereichs für datenbezogene Fragestellungen

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Data Analytics / Data Visualization
• Praktische Erfahrung mit BI-Tools wie Power BI und Qlik
• Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Erstellung von Datenmodellen und der Anwendung von DAX-Formeln und Power Query M wünschenswert
• Ausgeprägtes betriebswirtschaftliches Verständnis und Affinität zum Controlling
• Sicherer Umgang mit SQL und relationalen Datenbanken
• Starke konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten gepaart mit hoher Eigenmotivation sowie einer strukturierten und lösungsorientierten Arbeitsweise
• Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, Detailorientierung, Teamgeist und Humor
• Fließende Deutschkenntnisse (mind. C1) und gute Englischkenntnisse
