Business IT Solution Delivery Specialist

The Innovation Office supports the specialist departments in the efficient design of their operational processes. Around 45 employees plan, develop, support and optimize modern IT applications based on a secure IT infrastructure, with which the business processes of all company areas are effectively designed and efficiently supported. Optimizing, automating and implementing business processes in the application landscape Provision, support and optimization of existing business applications as part of application lifecycle management Coordination with our Business Solution Design team Cooperation with project employees in the international group of companies as well as external service providers Coordination of your project-related activities with the respective stakeholders Preparation of tenders for responsible projects Analysis and modeling of business processes and data models in coordination with the responsible departments including implementation in the relevant systems Development/configuration (individualization), testing as well as documentation and maintenance of the systems including the interfaces of upstream and downstream systems Preparation, implementation and optimization of user training Takeover of the project management in the context of sub-projects Creation of profitability studies in cooperation with the business solution design team Are you looking for a challenging and exciting work environment in an international industrial company and in a collegial environment? The basic requirement is a completed master's or diploma degree in computer science, business informatics or a comparable subject. We also require in-depth knowledge of the common application development technologies Java, Angular and SQL. Experience in dealing with databases is also part of it. In addition, you have experience in the analysis and modeling of business processes as well as in the design and implementation of interfaces between standard applications. You have professional experience with demonstrably successfully completed projects as a project employee in application development.
