Software Engineer

We're looking for a talented and proactive (Senior) Software Engineer who's ready to go beyond writing code and wants to join our team full-time.

This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of end-to-end feature development and make a real impact in a fast-moving, early-stage startup.

As a Software Engineer, you'll play a key role in shaping our product, from concept and design to implementation and deployment, working closely with the founders and our technical advisor.

This is a fully remote position and your chance to make a visible impact from day one - on product, tech, and company growth., * Build end-to-end solutions spanning backend (Python), database layers, AI services and frontend integration (Next.js/React)

• Work closely with the team to shape technical architecture and system design
• Maintain and optimize our codebase for performance, reliability, and maintainability

• 3+ years of proven experience in a software engineering role, building production ready applications
• You're fluent in modern backend and frontend technologies, security best practices, and DevOps
• Solid experiences working with databases, in particular PostgreSQL
• Deep understanding of modern cloud architectures (especially AWS, or Google Cloud Platform)
• Ability to tackle complex technical challenges and deliver elegant solutions
• You enjoy pair programming, writing tests, and crafting clean, maintainable code
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities to work effectively with cross-functional technical teams

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with Language Models and AI/ML integrations (OpenAI, Anthropic, Mistral etc.)
• Experience with Vector databases, RAG and semantic search implementation
• Experience with common agent frameworks like PydanticAI, LangChain etc.
