Web Developer Typo 3 , Flensburg / Palma / remote

As a Web Developer Typo 3(m/f/d), you will take full technical responsibility for the central TYPO3 instance of the FRS-Group and ensure that all of our international websites are operated in a stable, secure, and modern way. You will be the central point of contact for our international subsidiaries, coordinate external service providers, and continuously develop the platform both technically and in terms of content., For our location in Flensburg / Palma / remote, we are looking for a qualified professional to join us as soon as possible. Your responsibilities

• Responsibility for the operation, maintenance, and further development of the Group's central TYPO3 platform
• Planning, implementation, and documentation of updates, deployments, and new features
• Technical support and assistance for key users in the international subsidiaries
• Analysis and resolution of incidents as well as system performance optimization
• Ensuring compliance with data protection, IT security, and group-wide standards
• Coordination and technical management of external service providers
• Close collaboration with internal teams, especially Marketing and IT Operations

• Successfully completed training in the IT field or comparable practical experience
• Strong knowledge of TYPO3, PHP, Fluid, TypoScript, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Experience in extension development, Composer, and deployment processes (e.g. GitLab CI/CD)
• Basic understanding of web hosting, databases (MySQL/MariaDB), and server environments (Linux)
• A structured and self-reliant working style with a high level of quality awareness
• Enjoy working with international colleagues
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills
