Data Analytics Manager

As an Data Analytics Manager, you will look for ways to improve data collection, reporting, and consumption. In addition, you will oversee a team of analysts with mentorship, direction, and guidance. You will set team goals and collaborate with direct reports to implement, track progress, and discuss outcomes. Furthermore, you will establish cross-functional relationships with Operations leaders, Data Scientists, Product Managers, and Software Engineers to better understand and meet data requirements.

• 3+ years of people management experience is required.
• 5+ years of experience programming in data science languages like SQL, Python, or R.
• Good team player willing to support other team members.
• Experience delivering research data to business partners.
• Experience with programming language such as Python, R or SAS.
• Knowledge of Data management tools such as Alteryx or MS Access.
• Working with APIs and feeling comfortable posing technical challenges and creating solutions.
• Excellent command of the English language (direct contact with international clients).
