Product Owner

A leading security company is looking for a Technical Product Owner who will focus on optimizing key operational processes, including TOA, ticketing, and low-code case management solutions. What you will do:

• Product Roadmap: Develop and maintain the product roadmap, aligning it with business objectives.
• Backlog Management: Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring the delivery of high-value features.
• User Stories: Convert high-level requirements into detailed user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with business units, tech teams, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment.
• Sprint & Release Planning: Oversee sprint planning and ensure smooth product releases with minimal disruption.
• Low-Code Solutions: Lead the development of low-code solutions to enhance operational efficiency and case management.
• Agile Practices: Collaborate with the Scrum Master to maintain agile best practices and effective requirements management.
• Global Integration: Support international teams (Europe & South America) in the global technical integration of solutions.
• Quality Assurance: Work closely with teams to define and meet acceptance criteria, ensuring high-quality standards.

• At least 5 years of experience as a Product Owner or in IT product management, preferably within an agile environment.

• Proven experience in stakeholder management and coordinating multiple teams.

• Knowledge in low-code solutions and process design.

• Certifications like Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or Project Management Professional (PMP) are a plus.

• Advanced English and Spanish language skills. Key Competencies:
