Documentation and Technical Support Officer

• Analyze technical specifications to identify documentation expectations and training needs.
• Write product documentation (descriptive, operational, preventive and corrective maintenance) in accordance with our standards or those of the customer.
• Prepare, deliver, and lead user training sessions to ensure optimal product adoption.
• Provide operational technical support to customers during the operational phase.
• Produce technical illustrations (diagrams, 2D/3D views, visuals) required for documentation deliverables.
• Manage or arrange for the translation of documents when required.

• Two years of higher education in electrical engineering or electronics.
• Proficiency in CAD-related illustration tools: Adobe Illustrator (2D), PTC Creo (3D) or equivalent.
• Proficiency in English (minimum B2 level) given the international dimension of the position.

Additional skills that could make you even more unique :

• Knowledge of documentation tools and standards, particularly S1000D.
