About the role / Segment

OurProduction & Qualification department consists of about 9 Hardware TestEngineer who have daily focus on hardware assembly, qualification andcalibration of high-tech Siemens SCADAS systems.

Besidesthe regular tasks there is the target on continuous improvement, productquality and costs reduction.

Responsibilities

Theobjective for the Hardware Test Engineer is to make a structural contributionto the operational targets that are set for the department, such as on timedelivery, lead time reduction and costs control.

Yourmain tasks will be:

*Qualification and inspection of hardware (PCBA's) received from EMS

*Assembly and functional test of electronic PCB's for measuring systemsaccording customer requirements

*Adjustment and calibration of electronic data acquisition measuring systemsaccording engineering specifications and ISO17025

*Reporting of status, progress and quality control data

*Troubleshooting, diagnostic analysis and repair of electronic hardware

*Support the introduction of new development projects

Profile Requirements

*MBO+/HBO electronics or other relevant education

*Experience with ESD handling of electronic PCB's and testing

*Knowledge and experience with MS Office applications

*Knowledge of electronic components and specifications

*Knowledge and experience with IPC

*Experience with testing and repair (reading schematics)

*Experience with lean-6sigma techniques

*Fluently English, written and spoken
