IT coordinator (Dutch speaking)

• Responds and resolves IT requests and queries logged via the IT support system and in according to the priorities set
• Performs triage, prioritization and escalations of tickets
• Perform IT administration activities in a timely manner
• Ensures that the IT environment is kept compliant to relevant regulatory and quality requirements and Change Management
• Performs Technical Application Management as first contact for assigned applications
• Maintains and creates relevant and clear work instructions
• Supports User Management for specified systems supported by the Application Manager.
• Provides helpdesk support to colleagues in the remote facilities
• Responsible for system security, software updates and follows change control procedures
• Involved in license management and end user communication
• Responsible for updates to asset- and knowledge inventory management system
• Communicates to vendors, support-companies and third parties and interacts with outsourcing partners ticketing systems

• MBO or equivalent grade in Computer Sciences

• Working experience and or certifications in the field of

• Microsoft Certifications (Windows 10, Server, MS 365, Azure)

• Cisco certifications

• ITIL certifications

• MS-SQL

• Minimum 4 years of experience in a technology services role, Platform Engineer, Service Administrator or equivalent.

Demonstrated knowledge and strong understanding of relevant technology

Experience with working in a commercial organization

Good communication skills both written and verbal in English

Experience in a multi-cultural international organization is preferred
