Employee IT Support Service Operations

Your responsibilities

• Classification and forwarding of first level support requests

• Hardware maintenance

• Onsite support activities

• Management of mobile feature contracts and mobile devices

• Management of mobile function devices, maintenance contracts, consumables and technician deployments

• Support for inventories and maintenance of hardware databases Your skills

• Completed training as an IT specialist or similar qualifications

• First professional experience in the field of customer service / helpdesk / support

• Basic IT knowledge

• Basic knowledge of MS Dynamics or another ERP system desirable

• Problem solving skills and a strong understanding of teamwork

• Good written and spoken English skills are an advantage
